整體感覺還可以，酒店環境乾淨整潔衞生，軟硬件設施都還不錯，房間面積沒有預想的大，（住過多家維也納國際酒店特點都是房間大）但也還是可以的。前台服務比較專業，客房經理能及時幫助解決問題，給人感覺挺不錯的。早餐是自助，品種還可以，有自己的停車場，周邊餐館也還不少，吃個簡餐挺方便。

每年要出差 100 多天，從來沒給任何酒店過差評，這是第一次，入住維也納的時間也很多，但這次是體驗真的差到頂了，跟客戶吃完飯回酒店到前臺問有沒有充電器，前臺的態度連人都不看，直接就是說沒有，我說有沒有掃碼的，依然黑著臉，沒有，走廊🈶️充電寶，我說我車上有充電線，能不能找一個充電頭，這時候又來一個前臺，態度更是無解，黑著臉說，我們前臺就一個，我們自己要用，我就納悶了，我是來住宿的，你們黑著臉，那不如回家躺平多好，問要個充電器，愛答不理的，這種服務懷疑有沒有培訓過，房間更別說了，說給我升級了房型，衛生間洗漱臺，洗澡間僅僅貼在一起，並且洗澡間臟的要命。

房間乾淨整潔寬敞明亮，前台接待熱情大方周到細緻，李經理還免費給我升級了房型，讓我住在原來熟悉的房間裏，房間裝修乾濕分離，設施齊全，尤其是淋浴水特別足，洗澡很舒服。早餐豐盛可口有營養，周邊小吃很多，緊鄰淞江美食城。不錯的酒店，下次再來
