先説總體感受，非常糟糕！！！完全沒有對前台工作人員的培訓和要求，讓我們到羅城的第一感受就很糟糕。
設施：酒店設施中規中矩，但床很硬，床品的品質不行，房間隔音也比較差，睡眠體驗不好。含早，但早餐一般。樓下的地下停車場入口很陡且逼仄，限高2m，自駕的話停車體驗一般。
衞生：衞生比較差，特別是床頭的油污，不知道歷經了多少位客人且一直不清理才這樣，都不想靠在床上休息。桌子上還有沒有擦乾淨的油漬，枕套有臟污。
環境：地理位置還可以，處於縣城比較中心的位置，周圍吃的挺多，商業也比較集中。
服務：唯一好評的是負責酒店停車的保安大叔，態度很好也很負責。前台服務完全負分！！！
1.酒店停車場無明顯標誌，同行一人下車到前台詢問，但前台聽到詢問後看了一眼便不再理會。再次大聲詢問後，才抬眼説了句“後面”。
2.預訂了4間客房，下午四點多到店，辦理入住的時候説衹打掃好了一間，其餘的還需要等，但我們一路自駕，急需房間休息整理。至於等到幾點，一直推脱説不知道，一直以昨天滿房為理由開脱，不給具體解決方案，還態度很差地停止辦理入住反問“那你們想怎麼樣”。一再追問下，才聯繫打掃阿姨，原來其實都已經打掃完畢，衹是前台對房態掌握不準確而已。（且預訂時備註的需求沒有按要求滿足）
3.因辦理入住時間較久，大堂飲水機處無一次性杯子，同行長者到前台要一個杯子，但前台幾名工作人員衹説在忙便不理會，壓根沒想起來過給杯子。
不知道前台的幾名工作人員是酒店老闆、親屬亦或是員工，但感覺絲毫沒有接受過酒店行業相關培訓，無任何服務理念，對待入住客人態度冷漠。

衞生乾淨又整潔，很新的裝修，國慶的價位也不算太高，而且還有豐富的早餐。早餐粉面有蒸的紅薯蒸的包子餃子，還有豆漿。尤其是雙床套房，真的非常的值！大力推薦

房間很舒服，乾淨衞生好停車，棉花天坑爬了，單軌滑車坐了，懸崖小火車坐了，懸崖漂流玩了，長生洞進了，總體來説累屁了，羅城河邊夜市一條街去了，哈哈哈，有個攤位烤鴨頭的味道不錯，鴨頭很入味，大腸好吃，生蠔好吃，兒子吃了又來一份。吃飽喝足走回酒店路上看見足療店，78塊一個人足療加按摩一小時，鑒於衹有司機大佬走到了坑底，必須給他安排個帶按摩的，我和兒子就來個普通足療40就行了。

看完棉花天坑來市區住宿的酒店。很意外還包早餐，房間很大，床1.35米寬，比起1.2米那種體驗感好很多，推薦打卡懸崖書店的到市區自己哦，離景區大約20分鐘車程，自駕友好，停車免費

酒店整體不錯，價格適中合理，入住停車是停在酒店後面的場地。酒店前台💁🏻♀️和停車場管理人員有服務意識。酒店不遠有個當地夜市，可以品嚐一下當地特色夜宵美食，但不要抱太大希望~（˶╹ꇴ╹˶）~
