The room smelled like natural gas the entire visit and the bathroom’s shower was disgusting. On top of that the water in the shower barely passed as warm. I don’t think I would stay here again unless it was the last option. It was very close to Buccee’s tho.

I think it needs secure entry since Loves is near. A lot of movement theoughout the night and no one at the front desk.

Love Luling
My stay was what I expected. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly. In the morning the breakfast attendant was very good at her job and replenished food when needed. The hotel is in a perfect spot just outside of Luling and the Luling Lavender fields were are nice to visit and walk by.

Common courtesy missing
The front desk staff was not friendly. We had to ring a bell off and on for 15 minutes and call several times before anyone came up front to greet us. When the staff did greet us she said that she could “see you on the camera but I was putting some laundry in the dryer” then she told me the room I reserved wasn’t ready “because we have been busy and can’t clean all the rooms” - this was at 8pm at night when we were checking in. So she downgraded my room but kept my price the same.

Very clean and nice. Room is clean, spacious. Beds are comfy and clean. Bathroom is great and spacious.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, can’t review the breakfast as i didn’t eat. I have stayed here several times and always have enjoyed it. Pool was clean and lots of kids having a good time. Highly recommend this place

This place was ok to me. We came at night around 8:30pm. I walked in and said hello, I wasn’t greeted but that was ok. My family and I stayed in a queen room with two queen beds. The beds both had only 3 pillows which was fine but because my mom is an elderly woman she needed more pillows for back support. So I had my daughter go down and asked the from desk since our phone wasn’t working in the room. The lady in the front we don’t have extra pillows and also told her she’ll have someone bring two pillows to our room. Waited four 4 hours then told my daughter is she can go down and follow up on that because my mom was having such a hard time sleeping and this time I also asked if she can request for more toiletries because there was only one. But this time she went down and no one was there. So this place was not pleasant because it was packed at all and they have so much rooms available they could’ve easy gotten pillows from a different room which isn’t difficult and even just to make the stay for a elder person comfortable. They clearly have a sign in the room that said if you dont have or forgot something (essentials) don’t worry ask us and we’ll do our best to make a comfortable stay for you. Well we did and that didn’t happen. This experience here isn’t going to be the same for everyone this is just my family’s experience.
