The hotel is almost brand new and is inside the walls surrounding the old town, so the location is just perfect to explore walking Lugo, the breakfast is amazing with gluten and lactose free options, big rooms, but...I am allergic to pets and I didn't put attention that is a pet friendly hotel and my three nights were a real nightmare, every night getting worse as I couldn't breathe! and it was because the cleaning of the carpets and I believe in general inside the rooms is not as good as it should to receive allergic to pets guests. I wont return to this hotel just because of this because the rest was perfect, wifi works very well inside the room the bathroom is big, etc.

Super excellent hotel with great location, staff, service, breakfast and parking arranged near the hotel. One, if not the best stay during a whole month traveling wine country and North of Spain. The city is beautiful as is its Wall. Do not hesitate to make a reservation at this property; we will come back for sure.

New and clean hotel in the center of town. Easy to get to the old part of town, restaurants, museums and the wall just a few minutes by foot. In fact, once you park you will not need your car for the rest of your stay; the center of Lugo is primarily pedestrian only. The hotel is pretty new so everything is clean and fresh. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant per se, but they do serve breakfast. Service is pretty good,except for one young lady at the reception desk. She may have been training, but gave us a lot of wrong information. Otherwise no complaints. Please note when we were there, early June the construction on the Square were the hotel is located was just about finished. Still you have to park a couple of blocks away but it is easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel

Estancia de 10. Hotel céntrico, personal agradable y muy servicial y atento. La habitación espectacular silenciosa, muy limpia , acogedora , cama grande, y almohadas mulliditas. Desayuno espectacular ,muy variado, buffet y tiene de todo, muy rico y todo fresco, zumo natural, … Las instalaciones ,modernas y muy bien cuidadas Volveremos sin duda
