We booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find.
After asking, we got an "upgrade" to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room.
The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before...
The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day...
They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that.
The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.

Good price versus quality ratio. Hotel is a bit older (room smells like cigarettes) but everything works. Very friendly staff.

一進房間很大異味，空調也是壞的，問前台説所有空調都是壞的，網絡信號也不好，主要房間裏什麼也沒有還收費100元按金。
