服務太差了，我們本來很高興的去玩火把節，結果太失望了，退房的時候開始説什麼洗漱帶不見了我們反覆確認然後前台説搞錯了，後面又説充電線不見了要扣50，我們根本就沒拿，前台服務人員很囂張的説讓我們去客房部，真的是我住過服務最差的酒店，後來在我們走了之後打電話説找到了，晚點把錢退給我們，結果到我們回來了錢也沒退，要入住的朋友希望你們看到這條評論千萬選酒店玩慎重。

第一次住，為了電視可以投屏所以選擇了這家新酒店。店很小，房間有下水道反味兒，潮乎乎的。而且特別不靠譜的是房間大小，訂房界面介紹的是50-55平米，簡直差太多了好嗎！維也納酒店的房間顯示30多平米，都比這間大很多，這間房能有20平就不錯了，怎麼敢寫50平的呢？？！！

房間很乾凈，環境很安靜，服務態度很好，特別是 前台小姐姐超熱情！入住時主動介紹周邊美食，還幫忙升級了高樓層房間，有問題回覆也特別快，體驗感拉滿！退房時趕時間，前台小哥高效辦理完手續，還貼心提醒我落下的充電器，細心又專業，必須點贊！

這家酒店給我來一種家的感覺，體驗非常好入住的很開心，前台服務親切體貼，對於我這種小小潔癖的人，他家衞生很乾凈 主要早餐的話是到11:00，對於我們零零後的話時間很充足，還有洗衣自助，還有烘乾機，這是我今年入住最滿意的一家酒店啦
