It is a good hotel for the price. First room smelled of cigarettes, second was ok. Location is great. Staff is nice too.

嚴重吐槽祿豐鑫欣賓館首先服務態度極差，當我到店辦理入住時，老闆要求我把平台上的退了，直接掃錢給他，但是我手機上顯示退不了，結果人家老闆可**了，直接説退不了就不給我開房間，氣得我火冒三丈，跟她理論了一番，最後房間給我開了。但是，那個衞生就一言難盡了，打開浴巾，那個蟑螂直接跳出來，嚇得我一激靈，床上還有跳蚤做伴，半夜起來上廁所，看到牆上的小壁虎，瞬間清醒，瞌睡全無，總之就是一夜沒睡。真是一場刺激的入住。

我網上定好的房間，來到這老闆告訴我沒房間了，讓我倆錢，住單間，我加了錢然後住下了。見房間就感覺好熱，我去來風扇壞的，給我熱的，去洗漱一下，洗漱間又沒水，總得來説，我的住宿體驗很差

設施：特別老舊落後！甚至不如招待所！！！
衞生：床單被罩根本沒換過，而且應該是一個月甚至更久時間沒換過！睡得身上起紅疹子！！！
環境：樓下好多店鋪，一直有喇叭白天晚上地吆喝！而且還有垃圾中轉站，一直倒垃圾！而且樓道里説話，房間裏聽得一清二楚！！！
服務：老闆娘特別特別兇，兇我！也兇平台！！！從來沒見過這麼兇的商家！壓根沒有獨立衞生間，還不寫出來！！！還怪我，也怪平台！！！就差把我吃了！又不是我的原因！難道是我不讓你寫公共廁所的？而且網上説有瓶裝水，實際根本沒有，沒有就沒有吧，又兇我一次！！！這樣的態度還開什麼店？無語！！！

老闆娘很好，位置很好，去客運站市中心都很方便，還有大巴車去恐龍谷，而且價格也很實惠.又一次從前台經過，老闆娘還會招呼你去吃花生🥜
