In allen Bereichen aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das ist heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Praktisch kompakte Zimmer, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Es sind in Summe die vielen angenehmen Details: absolut empfehlenswert.

Duitse degelijkheid, met daarnaast hele vriendelijke mensen en een heerlijk restaurant. De moeite waard. Kamers zijn perfect : schoon, alles functioneert en een heerlijk bed met aparte dekbedden en heerlijke kussens. Flesje water en een pepermuntje mee voor de terugreis. helemaal top.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie kamer, schoon en ruim genoeg. Douche perfect, geen grote badkamer maar schoon en alles aanwezig. Ontbijt was een topper !!! Klantenservice super. Voor ons was deze locatie een tussenstop maar we onthouden hem zeker voor een volgende week

Uitstekend als stop voor doorreis. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding Ontbijt meer dan uitstekend. Top 2 ooit! Hond was ook welkom, alleen niet bij ontbijt. Plaats zelf is niet bijzonder , BASF bastion. Daarom echt een zaken hotel. Maar wel met extra service

Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Mitarbeiter sind gut ausgebildet und der Service war einwandfrei. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und das ganze Hotel ist in tollem Zustand. Küche und Restaurant waren ebenfalls sehr gut.

We stayed here several times when visiting family in Ludwigshafen and would do it again. Truly 4*! (+)The hotel is easy to reach by car, has 24/7 reception. There are free of charge parking slots reserved for guests (very important considering difficult parking situation in Lu!) and also charge station for e-cars. City center is 15min on foot. Nicely designed cozy lobby with a bar opened till late night and free welcome drink for arriving guests. Upper floors are accessible by elevators which are suitable also for wheelchair or baby carriage. (+)Rooms (double) are relatively small, impeccably clean, with comfy beds, tee/coffee set, rich selection of amenities. Bathroom with shower. (+)Excellent breakfast with very broad selection of foods. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. (-) The hotel is located next to big clinical complex and medical helicopter landing place which might be sporadically loud.

It’s the third time our family stays at this hotel in Ludwigshafen and we all love it. The staff is attentive and friendly, breakfast is exquisite and the rooms are very comfortable. We look forward to our stay every time.

Het beste ontbijt ooit in een heel erg goed hotel maar in een vreselijke BASF plaats. Jammer. Dit hotel is erg gericht op BASF dus je kunt er parkeren op het BASF terrein (als er voor de deur geen plaats is). En er slapen veel BASF mensen. De tuin is heerlijk en het ontbijt biedt echt alles wat je maar wilt.
