We stayed for 1 night in the Roden twin room. There were cobwebs in the corners that were full of dust so had obviously been there for some time.Towels were threadbare and 1 was so worn out that the edge was frayed to the point of there being no edge,I have used better towels to dry my dogs. Mattresses were totally shot and should have gone to the tip long ago.Would definitely not recommend and we will never return. No wonder travelodge etc. do so well

Fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk to town center and castle. Free parking a real bonus! Our room was small with two singles, but perfectly adequate for our needs. Communal kitchen was great and a nice place to meet other folks. Entire place was spotlessly clean and staff friendly!

The Centre has been developed on the site of the school I attended in 1960's. I was shown the rooms I used as a child and recalled time there.
The room was clean and functional. Use of the kitchen was a bonus and the beautiful little garden, just outside, was a lovely place to eat our meal. Thank you to the very friendly staff.

We stayed in a twin room which was small but ideal for a short stay. We did storm the castle duathlon so ideal location for an early start.

A place for a overnight stay.
The place was very close to the town centre within less than 10 minutes walk and parking free.
The lady in front desk was very friendly and explained everything clearly, made our check in easily and welcomed.
The room was very small but with a good sized bathroom, the bedding and towels were clean.
The room was a bit smelly and the carpet was very worn out.
