This house was so super clean, and we loved being able to walk to the beach or to downtown for coffee or a meal! It’s on a very quiet street. Stacey was a wonderful host and incredibly responsive and helpful!

Quiet and pleasant house with a short walk to the beach. Liked watching the deer in the mornings and evenings. Communications with the host were always cordial and helpful. Felt homey.

Excellent communication, location and easy check in. Caring host, loved walking to the beach, ice cream, and downtown, two parks in walking distance for kids. Made some notes directly to the host about a few things that needed repair and she was responsive.

Clean house. Our our group appreciated the older house that had modern appliances. The property manager was very quick and courteous in responding to a couple non house questions, I wanted extend the stay but the house was already booked. She did try and find other facilities in the area and I appreciated that. Check in was smooth. We didn't use the kitchen facilities or the wi for so no comment on that. We enjoyed the lawn furniture in the evening and left at 4 am to go fishing, the reasons why we didn't spend much time in the house.

Wonderful location to the beach and dowtown. Stacey stayed in touch and even gave ideas to do with the kids. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location!!! 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to town and about a 15 minute drive to nearby state park. House was very clean and decor is really nice with a beach theme. Well stocked kitchen and house was spacious with 4 bedrooms. Very much appreciated small 1/2 bath upstairs. Stacey was very easy to work with and super responsive. Only issue was that because it’s an older home, the wooden staircase was quite squeaky/noisy and there is a bedroom under the stairs. Just something to be mindful of. Also yard is only fenced on one side and open to back and other side but neighbors were very friendly. Would stay again!!

Relaxing Stay
Just a wonderful stay in beautiful Ludington! This home was clean, comfortable and just minutes from the beach. It really felt like a home away from home in that there was plenty of room to unpack and put everything away comfortably. Stacy was a such a great host and provided all kinds of suggestions for fun things to do around town.

Great Spot
We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was stocked thoughtfully with everything we needed. The host was so helpful and very responsive. Location can’t be beat. 10/10! Will stay again.
