上至老闆下至每位工作人員都非常熱情、友好。環境很舒服，坐在花園喝茶放空是美好的享受。温泉水絕對貨真價實，泡完後身上滑滑的。

房間設施齊全，衞生也不錯，房間的私湯温泉晚上泡一下感受還是很好的，院子夠大，小朋友也玩兒的開心。老闆非常熱情，會接送到附近的餐廳和景點。

設施：設施很棒的。很多小孩兒玩兒的項目，蹦床 蹺蹺板 鞦韆 滑滑梯等等，一應俱全。房間也給配了小米電視，自動投屏，很方便。也為小朋友準備了小馬桶 小童拖鞋 牙具等。一個小建議，可以再備一些床圍。
衞生：衞生很棒，屋內很乾凈。床單被單很新。
環境：環境自不用説，很棒。酒店的氛圍很古色古香，風景更是怡人，四周都是綠油油的高山。半夜還能看到滿天星星。
服務：到酒店後，店家主動幫我們把行李拿到屋內，也來幫我移床（因為有小孩兒）。需要什麼直接打電話即可。隨叫隨到。
