The room was neat and clean but a little bit of odour came from the washroom.
TV was not working, I needed to call the housekeeping every time to fix it.

1. During check-in, I was given the key to a room that was already occupied, which was quite inconvenient and concerning in terms of privacy and security.
2. At the time of check-out, I was asked to pay a food bill that did not belong to my room. The bill was mistakenly linked to someone else’s stay.

I recently stayed at Nagpal residency and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay.

The quality of food is very bad. They need to improve the breakfast menu. I stayed for 2 nights and had the same breakfast both days. They need to refurbish the washrooms. The conditions is very bad.

Proptey is not upto mark.even bed was
not comfortable.Even not gave me complimentary water bottles when I asked then they were provided me.
