Hotel was located near airport it’s was very easy for transport and stay was also good, specially reception staff was always happy to help with smile. I recommend to stay this hotel with family and friends.would like to come again

“Really one of the best resorts in Lucknow! Rooms are big, neat, and clean. Loved the tasty food. The pool was super clean, and I enjoyed the music while relaxing by the poolside. Had a great time!”

Water logging issue is almost every washroom. Even after multiple complaints, issue got resloved after 6 hours. Fridge provided was not working. Ice cubes not available at entire hotel. Overall pathetic experience

Unprofessional staff. Room does not have fan and AC is not sufficient for this heat. No welcome drinks were offered despite being part of the package.

Door lock was not working, service was late, bed and bedshit was untidy. You can get better option in near be locality at the same rate
