My experience at the PALLADIUM was awesome. The staff were very nice and respectful. I would definitely visit again. I had a wonderful time.

It’s nice hotel with a lot of things to do, plenty pools, plenty bars, and plenty restaurants to chose from. I definitely enjoyed my weekend getaway with my fiancé. The room we had was a Junior King Suite Beachside. I liked that we was right next the the adult pool only access with a bar and adult only beach access. I like that they had golf cart shuttle transportation around the property. We walked everywhere, we only used it when we arrived, when they took us to our room. I like how ours not many room all together it was group villas with rooms.

This was my second time at the hotel, the first in 2019. The rooms have deteriorated with a very strong smell of damp. After some heavy rain during my stay, i saw water running down the walls - my room was on the 3rd floor. The food, save for at the Indian and Posidan Al a carte restaurants were mediocre at best.
On the positive side most of the staff were a joy to interact with. The location is amazing as is Sunset cove beach which is my favourite spot. The entertainment had improved tremendously from the DJ's to the singers. Such exceptional talent.
Unfortunately I do not think I'll book a third stay due to the conditions of the room despite the cost and the phenomenal expense of transportation should you wish to leave the resort

Nice hotel but the rooms near the beach are all dated, the newer rooms are too far from the beach and the shuttle can’t keep up with demand.

POP employees Daniel and Shantee are amazing. We did a chocolate tasting and had an amazing time. Very knowledgeable and made our experience fun and educational.

This holiday was one big disappointment. The staff was very arrogant and did not care about the guests like people working in hospitality sector normally do. For exame, even though a freshly made smoothie was included in the price, you could forget about being served unless the bartender saw you bring a tip. It was loud everywhere all day long, so there was no way you could truly relax. And it was impossible to swim in the sea. You can bath there, but not swim, as they limit the space where you can stay inside the water to a minimum. The location by the sea is great, but while that normally means a nice swim, this is not the case here. Life guards whistle at you and you cannot negotiate anything, even if you mention you were a professional swimmer; a real disaster! We have traveled the world and always regret when we cannot extend the stay. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton is an exception. Pity and shame.

We spent two weeks there in Nov. 2024. 1. The staff was very arrogant and unhelpful. We covered the whole world and never experienced something like this. 2. Location is good, directly by the sea with a few beaches. 3. Swimming in the sea? They place buoys so close to the beach that you really miss the opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful sea… Real disaster. When we swam behind the buoys, they asked us to talk to the security director of the hotel and threatened us. This is insane! 4. Rooms: some are good with a nice view, but some are so close to the stage where the disco played every day that it's difficult to relax. 5. There is a big choice of restaurants and cafés. Don't expect to be served unless you leave a tip. All in all, they seem to not know what hospitality means. You feel like an intruder.
