Best Western Lubbock West Inn Suites

Definitely recommend this hotel. Our king suite was perfect. Large bedroom, bathroom, separate living area. Full size frig, cooktop, microwave. Even a great balcony with comfy chairs, overlooking the pool. Quiet, clean property. Friendly check in. Great hot breakfast. Very reasonable price! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Good price if you book way ahead of time. Loved the size of room, only draw back was you can feel the springs in the king bed only. Was very hard. T.V. chanels ******. But over all i was very satisfied and would stay again and bring my own t.v. with firestick because you cant hook one up to theres.

The elevator rattles the whole way up, making it seem very unsafe. Dirty rooms, dirty patio. Very loud.

It was okay Quick check in process upon arrival. The elevators are a bit sketchy as they shake when operating. We were here for a quick move in trip for my college student so this hotel served its purpose but the room wasn’t very clean; there were 2 dirty cups left behind and a stained comforter that we didn’t use. Not as clean as we hoped. Free breakfast and coffee offered.

This is a bargain for the price. It’s a suite with a separate bedroom area. Lots of room. The only complaint is the “smart tv” that we can only get around 10 channels on. No movies, no regular TV stations. Lucky we at least got the bedroom TV to work.

The room I was given had not been cleaned since the prior guest’s stay. I really thought my suite was occupied when I walked in since the lights were on and it looked like a mess. The mattress was pulled out on the sofa with the cushions lying on the floor. The bed was still in a mess and not made up and the bathroom looked unclean. I documented this with pictures and presented this to the front desk. The only resolution offered to me was to have the sheets changed on the bedding. Realizing that this was not a sanitary solution I requested a refund so I could get a clean room at a different hotel. The front desk spoke to Tariq and Christina who implied that I was responsible for the mess and rejected my request for a refund. I am a very understanding person and I know mistakes happen but to say that I was responsible for the unclean room because housekeeping allegedly “confirmed” my room was “clean” prior to my access to the room is ridiculous to say the least. The shady business practice of calling to see if I was going to check in well after I was already outside the refund deadline should have been a red flag. My card was already charged for the room. How is my room not secured if my card was already charged? In the end I spent a few extra dollars and took my family to a Holiday Inn Express where I was given outstanding service and a clean room. I will never recommend this hotel.
