Don't want to visit there.

Dirty. Nasty. Smelly. Broken. Key card never worked more than once. Constantly going back down to get in my room. Room was nasty moldy, hair, dirt. Lamp shades crushed with lightbulbs hanging from them. Hair dryer didn’t work. Tv was lagging due to horrible internet service. Fridge was leaky and each shelf had pooled water. No iron/ironing board. No lit parking. No hot water for the shower-the tub drain was clogged so the tub filled with every shower. The carpet was sticky and the walls were dirty. I have pics of it all.

This was the worst hotel stay experience I’ve ever had. I booked two non-smoking rooms, and not only were the rooms not even next to or close to one another (one was inside and one was outside), but both rooms and the hotel REEKED of cigarettes. That is not what I purchased and was agreed upon at the time of booking. The cleanliness was also non existent, as there were crumbs all over the counters and streaks all on the mirrors. Wyndham brand should be embarrassed that their name is associated with this location.

We reserved and paid for a room for one night on 12/22/24 at this property. We called to let them know we would be later than our 7pm estimated arrival time, but that we were on our way. The person answering the phone told me that he would have to charge me for an extra day, I repeated myself, said the room was already paid for and we were on on our way, and he seemed to understand. It was impossible to get to the motel coming into town from Colorado, we had to drive ½ blk behind the building through a rutted dirt path to the road going to the motel. The man at the front desk was rude and dismissive, we were warned not to steal anything from the room and if we smoked (we don’t) there would be a ($750?) charge. I asked about breakfast and he gave us the hours and pointed behind where we were standing. We took the key and went to the room. The room was filthy, dark and dingy. There was debris, including used q-tips on the floor, there were holes in the walls and there was something black wiped on the walls in numerous places, the room looked like it hadn’t been painted in years. There was hair hanging from the side of the bed, and all over the bathroom floor. There was something wiped on the shower curtain and the tub was dirty. The mattress was dirty and and badly stained, There were large holes in carpet and it looked as though it hadn’t been swept in some time. There were holes on the seat of a chair in the room, there was no back on the remote, and the tv screen had a crack in it. The smoke detector was covered with a clamp bolted to the ceiling. We did not lay down in bed until after 11pm and were on the road again by 4am as neither of us could sleep in that room. We did not shower because the bathroom was nasty. I cannot believe either the Days Inn or Wyndham would want their brands associated with this property, and I am quite frankly angry that neither the description nor the pictures accurately described this property and I never would have chosen a room here if I had known the true condition of the rooms.
