Loved the stay. But what really set the trip up to be perfect was the lovely bartender Jen! Jen was attentive and all around a good time when we were at the bar and treated everyone like they were old friends. Love to see it!

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I am a subcontractor who sides houses out of town sometimes. I was staying overnight in Lubbock to keep from driving two hours home and found a good deal for a decent place at a decent price. I spent the $73.00 or so and stayed a quick overnight to wake up, eat breakfast, and head to my job early next day. I have now returned home to find THREE $500 charges to my credit card. When I called to ask about the charges, assuming there was some sort of mixup, I was told that the TV was damaged and blinds were broken. I am a middle-aged working family man who just needed a place to sleep for the night. The damage was by no means from me. After waiting on hold, the only answer I have received is to call back during daytime hours to speak to the manager, JESSICA, as she was the one who billed me for these apparent "damages." UPDATE: I CALLED THE NEXT DAY TWICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND NO RETURN CALL AND WOULD NOT COME TO THE PHONE. THESE CHARGES ARE BOGUS AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THIS ROOM WHEN I LEFT. ESPECIALLY NOT $1500 WORTH. I will find out if this is rectified, however, save yourself the trouble, AND MOVE ON. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great location for medical services, large very clean rooms, friendly staff, very good breakfastm and all at a reasonable price!

Overall a good stay Check in was easy , room was clean, bed was nice . There was no remote for tv in the room and I had to call several times but I did eventually get one. Plus drink specials were advertised as $3 but my drink cost $9.50 ? Anyway just small stuff but I was too tired to complain .

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. The room itself was lovely. The only real issue is that the tv did not work.

We are greatly enjoying our stay with this property, during our in-limbo in town move. The staff is friendly, and courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. Thru a very stressful week in life, this is the one space I’ve found some peace and quiet to regroup. Our family is very grateful for your hospitality, the cleanliness of our spaces, the comfortable hot tub, and business center. You’ve made this move much more bearable, and are an asset to Lubbock and its travelers and visitors.
