房間較大，沒施簡約齊全好用，不但有一次性拖鞋還有塑膠拖鞋方便使用，用品乾淨衞生，熱水供應充足，空調靜音好用，小冰箱方便。前台及房間服務員熱情周道。早歺品種多補充及時。
院內仃車場夠大，仃車方便。出大門左走幾百米就到灤縣古城，街邊歺飲店多，特別推薦郝鴻來燒餅百年老店，燒餅酥脆夾肉好吃不貴。
