One star for the hotel's location, right at the foot of the Jinshanling Great Wall, a two-minute walk to the entrance, very convenient for tourists who want to watch the sunrise and sunset; one star for the hotel's service, off-season + Spring Festival, they can still stick to their posts, enthusiastic and attentive, making us feel a little warm in the deserted; one star for the design of the hotel lobby and restaurant, there are highlights and memorable points. The rest are all complaints: as a five-star hotel, even in the off-season, you have to spend 1,800 yuan a night for a two-bedroom courtyard. In fact, the courtyard is very small, and the room is even smaller. Apart from the bed and sofa, there is almost no place to put the suitcase, not to mention the activity space. In addition, there are fallen leaves in the toilet of a five-star hotel, and the sofa and sofa cushions are also old and dirty. The hotel has no laundry room and does not provide laundry service. When my hat was torn, I found out that there was no sewing kit in the room, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The shower room did not even have conditioner. There was no takeaway cabinet or store in the entire hotel. There were no commemorative coins even if I wanted to buy them. It was really desolate and bleak... Many places are not even as good as Ctrip's four-diamond (four-star) hotel. The quality is not good and the price is not cheap, which is a big disappointment.
