衞生做的不到位，地上有不少頭髮和污漬，床單是破的也給鋪上了。早餐是我見過最差的一次，就那幾樣東西。提前一天我到前台問了早餐是到餐廳報房號就可以用餐得到了肯定的回答，但是我們到了餐廳又説得去前台領餐票，來回折騰人好像那個服務員不是這個酒店的，連就餐程序都不清楚。這樣的酒店怎麼會是四星級的呢？平常評價我基本上都是給滿分的，但這次是真的有點接受不了了。抱歉了！
