Dabie Mountain Shanxugu Host Spring Resort Hotel

Very unsatisfactory experience. We arrived late, and the front desk, restaurant, and hot spring staff all told us that the hot spring would stop admitting people at 9 o'clock. We left after taking a bath at 10 o'clock. When we entered at 8:30, the water temperature was not too hot. We soaked outdoors for a while, and many pools were 36 degrees, which was quite cool. We confirmed with the staff again that we would leave at 10 o'clock, and took a bath at 9:20. The bath water was quite cool. We brought our children with us, but the air conditioner was turned off. We were worried that we would still catch a cold, and we were very angry. We hurriedly got dressed and went out before 10 o'clock. I didn't expect the service to be so bad. We went to eat breakfast at 8:30 the next day, and there was nothing to eat. The dishes were ordinary and the quantity was not enough. There was no porridge, and even the ingredients of noodles, soy sauce and vinegar, were gone. The skin on the fries was not cleaned, which was really surprising. We upgraded the room type and spent a lot of money on Chinese New Year, but the experience was extremely bad. I will not come again.

I went there specifically for the hot springs. The room was quite spacious. The exterior walls were being renovated this year. There was a banging noise outside in the morning so I couldn't sleep in. The linens and towels in the bathroom were quite worn but still in use. The price was reasonable.
