先説差的地方：攜程上訂的兩晚行政大床房，入住時特意問房間看湖景嗎？結果被安排在看湖景最差的位置，且前台未做任何説明，感覺不地道；每年在全國入住的五星級酒店不下一、二十家，沒有哪家既要收按金還不能在退房時返還（必須等到酒店確認店方唯有任何“損失”時才返還），體驗感和被尊重感非常差，頗有些“小家子氣” ，與當今發達的網絡、大數據時代格格不入，更與“服務至上”的理念差距不小；入住時明明交的兩天房費，第二天回來時打不開房門，服務員説不管住幾天，每天都得去前台重新續卡，讓人愕然無語；早餐食物和種類一般，感覺偏少且缺瀘州特色美食。好的地方是：環境確實一流，景色宜人，酒店儘管已不新但房間設施、裝修挺好，使用大量高質量石材，符合我的審美。
