Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

We were in room 1102. DO NOT GET A ROOM BY THE ELEVATOR UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL A TRAIN RUNNING YOU OVER ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!

A central location and convenient hotel across the street from the convention centre. It is dated despite having being modernized. Overall happy with my stay.

Would love to talk about my wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. The bartender, Crittenden, was absolutely amazing I came down to order my food to go he was so welcoming caring and elevated he made me feel comfortable and he had refilled my sweet tea like three times before my food even came! He intentionally had outstanding customer service! The food was outstanding I had to call the front desk to talk about “who was back there cooking that fried chicken?” Because Franky and Sierra back there seasoned the batter and chicken to perfection my chicken was fresh well seasoned and the sides were absolutely delicious! When I called the front desk to talk about my outstanding experience Arti was ready to help, she was also kind and welcoming and listen to what I had to say and made sure everything was executed perfectly! This will stay in my mind as one of my favorites and I’m thankful to have had the chance to stay here on business! This is the definition of a great team and exceptional customer care please keep being amazing!!!!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency and, overall, the hotel offered the level of service and comfort you’d expect from a major brand. However, one unexpected detail significantly impacted my stay: the beds did not have fitted sheets. Instead of a proper fitted sheet that stays snug around the mattress, the bed was made with a flat sheet tucked in. By the middle of the night, the sheet had come loose and bunched up, leaving me lying directly on the mattress. For a hotel positioned as upscale—and priced accordingly—this felt like a surprising and avoidable corner-cut. While the room itself was clean and the staff were helpful, the lack of fitted sheets made the sleeping experience far less comfortable than it should have been. Small details matter, especially when it comes to rest and hygiene. I truly hope Hyatt reconsiders this choice, as it detracts from an otherwise solid stay.

Everyone has been great! We are most impressed with the fact that the staff is basically the same year to year. Terry has always been top notch and continues to give superior hospitality. We look forward to seeing him and all the staff!
