The whole hotel is a vibe. Everyone was so friendly, the location is great, our room was clean and nice size. No complaints.

1st time in Louisville as well as staying at an Omni property. I am highly impressed and will definitely return. This property has 3 bars (4 if you include the speakeasy) and multiple options for food. You honestly do not have to leave the property for anything!

My stay at this property was average, nothing special. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was not friendly and did not follow through on a restaurant reservation.

Visited for 3 nights. Enjoyed breakfast daily at Neighborhood Services. Valet were always very quick with retrieving vehicle. Jon in the library was a great bartender, as was Asia in the cool speakeasy (aka Pin n Proof). Room was cozy n comfortable. Only downside is $45/night for valet parking

This hotel is a cut above the rest. Very luxurious, extremely clean, and modern. The staff is exceptional from top to bottom. The check-in was easy and quick. Mudmee and Matt went out of their way to provide outstanding service above and beyond, exceeding my expectations by a mile. The room is spacious and well-appointed. Everything about my stay here makes me want to stay at an Omni wherever I go. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
