Lovely hotel with amazing views but steep ramps and stairs, and no lifts, could make it challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Staff super helpful. Didnt like the stained sheets - please throw them out and buy new ones!

Nice hotel to stay when visiting Villa Traful. Good service, bad restaurant… Tried to present a goulash dish using fettuccini instead of spätzl… quite a deception. Maybe used to rotating guests made the staff a bit unresponsive to quality standards

El hotel es hermoso, el personal muy calido y servicial. El restaurante muy bueno. Nos encariñamos con un gatito que pide atencion y comida, nos dijeron q tiene dueño….en fin se podria a mi criterio darle de comer con lo que queda en el restaurante. Hay muchos lugares q son pet friendly .

Hermoso el hotel, muy bueno el restaurante, Traful en invierno es para desenchufarse un poco... Internet lo justo y necesario para desconectar, la unica observación es que hacia demasiado calor en la habitación y no se podía regular bien.

Beautifull place, large comfortable rooms, heated swimming room facing marvelous nature. Includes Spa. A five stars hotel, however eith very good cost benefit. Very nice service and people. But, do not use their restaurant. Great menu but completely , untasty !!

Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the price.
