Wonderful, wonderful vacation — all around. The amenities and services are 5+-star from housekeeping to room service and pool maintenance. Best of all is the staff who is attentive and accommodating. Live Aqua definitely lives up to its mantra: Your wish is my wish.

It was our 4th time coming here. The breakfast please is wonderful as always. Alex, Armando , Manases, Magy are so wonderful. They kept us hydrated and were so helpful. These guys are truly hard workers and very good with customer service . We will be back again.

Mai is one of our favorite restaurants here in LARC. The service we received from Adrian, Erubiel, Dulce and Aidee was excellent. The food was top notch. Over the past 5 yrs that we have been coming, we have created such an amazing bond with each of them. They are all so kind and pleasant. Thank you all!! Until next year!

We had the most pleasant experience with our waiter Adrian from Mai at the Live Aqua Residence. He also did our room service from time to time. Although my family and I are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, the fact that Adrian was fully bilingual as well, made things very pleasant. We are pleased with a lot of individuals, but Adrian was top notch service and ALWAYS had a smile on his face. We hope to see you next year! Thank you!!!

Our home away from home! We have been here now 4 times in the last 3 years (the latest one to get married)! We have always had a great experience here, the rooms are top notch, the staff is like family (your favorite kind) and the only sad thing here is that you eventually have to leave! All of my guests for the wedding were blown away and their experience here too!

Our experience at Live Aqua was a great time. We had several servers and bar tenders that were amazing. Actually, everyone who we came into contact with was very attentive of our needs and went above and beyond. Fabiola, Audrey, Lynnette, Erubiel, Fernando, Jonathan, Aide, and our timeshare rep Leo are just a few of the great staff here in Los Cabos. You won’t regret your stay here.

We have been coming to live aqua for many years. Our experience is always great. We feel right at home. Our residence is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. We love our concierge Lynette. She is always so welcoming and treats us like family. We also love Aidee and Dulce, during our breakfast they always go above and beyond for us. Armando is also great. He is so sweet and takes great care of us at the pool. Can’t wait to be back.

The great bartender at Live Aqua Andrey and server Adrian. They were very kind and welcoming. My family and I after dinner sat at the bar and chatted while getting more drinks. We had a great time talking and Andrey made multiple creative and delicious drinks for me.

First time at Live Aqua. Spent an evening at the bar by the restaurant where Andrey and Adrian took great care of us. Andrey made some great drinks for us. They were very conversational and made the experience A++. Took the time to make sure we felt special.

We love sitting at the bar at night listening to the entertainment and having drinks prepared by our favorite bartender Andrew, a true artiistan. The views from the balcony is amazing. Everyone is friendly and they keep the place spotless.

I was surprised by Andrey’s ability to quickly create a custom drink based on my preferences. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I wanted. He is extremely attentive and always checks in to make sure we're satisfied.

Andrey and Adrian were fabulous at the Sky Bar!! The best drinks and best experience EVER! They took amazing care of us AND we got to try a new drink that was amazing, we do recommend the espresso martini made with TEQUILA! Deliciousness!!! Live Aqua is home away from home!! Always well taken care of when we come and we love the amazing accommodations… so comfortable and always so clean!!

Everything at Live Aqua in Cabo is A+, from the friendly staff, to the excellent facilities, to the food at the on-site restaurant Mai. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and are very responsive to every need. The rooms are great, with spectacular views from the balcony, some with hot tubs as well. Privileges at the adjacent Grand Fiesta Americana are also a benefit with the all-inclusive option. Outstanding stay all around! If you have breakfast at the Grand Fiesta Americana (buffet is fabulous!) be sure and ask to sit in the area that Jose, Roberto and Cruz are working in and you'll receive first-class service.

The experience at Live Aqua is always 10/10. From the rooms, the food, the hospitality… everything is perfect. Even the smell of the rooms is welcoming and soothing - its a delight to wake up to. I love the people here and I don’t see myself staying anywhere else the next time I’m in Mexico!
