Beautiful place. Terrible location. Windy everyday can’t enjoy. There was a roach in our room they had to bring someone to spray at 10pm at night while daughter was sleeping. Offered $200 credit lol. Service was ok by pool not the greatest. A bit over priced. Paid $35 for 2 coffees and ice cream :).

Beautiful hotel in Cabo but if you plan to go into the city very often, the location can be inconvenient. I recommend renting a car if you stay here. Other than the inconvenience of the location, everything else was amazing. Especially the food at the Nobu restaurant

Very nice experience with all the services

I was deceived by the good reviews on Xiaohongshu before booking. I should check the reviews on this and Google. A five-star nobu in nowhere that keeps selling timeshare. The pool is not heated and everyone is crowded together. Don't book here. There are too many complaints. First of all, the location is extremely bad. You can't go into the water at the beach. The navigation can't give the correct route. If you don't rent a car yourself, you will be forced to call a taxi by the hotel. It takes at least 30 minutes to go anywhere. The service attitude is also very bad. Seeing that you are not interested in buying their timeshare, they will privately change the original room. And pay attention to the booking terms. This is the only hotel without any conditions. There are so many hotels in cabos. If you want to be cheated, come here. It's too exaggerated! !
