L.S., L.S., The hotel was offered with a swimming pool, spa and wellness and we selected it as a place to stay. However, during our stay it was casually announced that all facilities were closed. We were looking forward to facilities that were no longer there. There was also a very deserted atmosphere in the whole place. Cosiness and warmth were hard to find and completely absent. It is a great pity that it did not deliver what was advertised and no changes in the offer were communicated so that we could have possibly rebooked. A big damper on what should have been a wellness holiday. Shame on your beautiful sales stories and offers. With unfriendly and disappointing regards, Piet Vrencken.
