Decent place with walking distance to most things. Seemed surprised when I checked in but eventually found my reservation and a room. Where able to offer a small breakfast before it officially opened so that I could catch my morning flight

I asked to change my booking dates as my flight was canceled due UAE weather but property denied my request. Really bad customer service

perfect location for bus traveler. it's halfway between the intl. bus terminal and the city centre. old but clean, seems like beloved by local people. breakfast includes fresh veges like cucumber and tomato. good coffee among local delicacies. overall, I will definetely return next time. thank you to those took care of me.

Old hotel with fine location, 10 minutes walk to the central. Very nice and helpful restaurant staff. lt claims to be a hotel, there is no 24-hour front desk service! And the room is not very clean😒!

The hotel is located close to attractions and there are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast is very simple, the bath water is very hot and refreshing, and the boss and employees are very kind and enthusiastic.

The hotel is in a good location, a 10-minute walk from the city center square. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and travel agencies on the street downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is very hygienic. The sheets and towels are as good as new and very clean. The shower has plenty of hot water. The wifi is not very good and intermittent. Breakfast is in the small garden behind the building, and the food selection is average.

Except for the noise from the road, everything else was pretty good. I was opposite the police station, and the navigation stopped at the police station. I ended up walking back and forth about 200 meters from the police station. Later, I looked up and realized that I was on the opposite side. This was the second time the navigation made the same mistake after Egypt.

Good location. I stayed in room 103. The air conditioning didn't work and the refrigerator door was broken. There was a TV, but I never turn it on or watch it when I travel. Breakfast was OK, except for the cold coffee. I had no complaints. It was easier to be patient and check out at the right time.
