Arrived before 10am, and the room is ready( surprise!) Perfect services ( front desk is very nice). The location is safe and comfortable ( UCLA campus is beautiful) .

Located safely within UCLA, this hotel offers a warm and welcoming stay with staff who radiate pride in the university. Bonus: it’s gratuity-free (no tipping needed)! Perfect for university conferences, alumni events, or just enjoying brunch at their restaurant, which has lovely indoor and outdoor seating. A great spot if you’re planning a visit to the Getty Center. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to LA!

I like the deco both in room and lobby. Everything is just my ideal hotel in mind. I hope to stay here again in future. Nice and professional staffs.

The Hotel, the employees we interacted with were professional, caring, and respectful. Our room was spotless and we couldn’t ask for more. The valet staff, were very gracious, especially Milton, who couldn’t do enough for us.  The restaurant staff and food were of the highest level and I highly recommend their outdoor dining. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone having appointments at the nearby Ronald Reagan Medical Center. 

I had a lovely stay, and will return to your facility the next time I come to LA.

Service was great with exception of the woman greeting folks and assigning seats in the restaurant.

The hotel is located right next to the main UCLA campus, which is super convenient especially if you need to visit UCLA often. The room was comfortable and clean, and the reception at the front desk was very friendly and responsive to requests.
