Everything was lovely. People are so friendly. I'd like to visit again.

The place was clean and organized. Good customer service from the front desk. Great location off Sunset Boulevard.

I stayed here to go to Dodger Stadium, and it was great that it was within walking distance! The only complaint I had was that the water pressure in the shower was weak. You had to hand in your room card to the front desk every day (I'm not sure why). The bus leaves right in front of the hotel, so you can take it if you're going somewhere nearby. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, so it's best to buy food and bring it with you.

Good value for money. There are places to eat, drink and play nearby within walking distance. If you have any small problems, Ctrip will solve them perfectly.

The front desk people are not very friendly.
