Emplacement pratique (juste à côté de la gare), personnel à l’accueil très agréable mais propreté de la chambre qui laisse à désirer (le sol était sale).

Hôtel en travaux , un bazar partout . Accès escaliers on accessible car hall envahi de carton . Très limite en terme de sécurité , s’il avait fallu évacuer c’était mission impossible! La réception ressemble plus à une épicerie de quartier qu’à un hôtel 3 étoiles , entre les dessins accrochés au mur , le sapin II trône dans le ****** ambiant , les boissons et sirop exposés sur le comptoir d’accueil… pas du tout accueillant et le souk que l’on voit des l’entrée dans les lieux n’inspire pas confiance . Cet hôtel a besoin d’une reprise en main et ne semble absolument pas géré. Les salariés sont débordés , le check un prend un temps fou et le patron qui est présent les regarde galérer sans bouger un orteil pour leur venir en aide. Pour rien au monde je n’y reviendrai !

C’est TOUT PETIT que ce soit la chambre et encore plus le côté toilette. Toutefois il y a la climatisation ! Dommage car la personne à l’accueil est plein de bonne volonté que ce soit pour les repas sous forme de bocaux réchauffés ou que les petits déjeuner copieux et diversifiés. La proximité avec la Gare explique cela !

Un séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel qui ne vaut pas 3 étoiles. Accueil plutôt sympathique. La chambre est correcte avec une bonne literie et une clim, la salle de bain est vraiment très petite, la paroi de douche fuit, inondation garantie et la propreté de la douche laisse à désirer (joints noirs de moisissures).La wifi fonctionne très bien. Le ménage quotidien est très limité. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur, pain rassis , fruits pas murs ou trop murs, on nous annonce des œufs... 2 matins de suite pas d'œufs et visiblement la personne à l'accueil n'a pas eu l'air de s'en émouvoir "mon collègue n'en n'a pas prévu... mais il y a des saucisses!" et la salle du petit déjeuner est vraiment glauque (petite et sombre). L'hôtel est situé à 2 pas de la gare, pas de parking à l'hôtel mais on peut se garer sans trop de difficultés dans les rues aux alentours (places gratuites).

Arnaque totale refus de rembourser un petit déjeuner ( très cher ) . Je déconseille fortement !!! Petit déjeuner indiqué de 4h à midi annoncé, arrivés à 10h20 dans la salle du petit déjeuner et refus de nous donner un petit dej convenable et pas possibilité de remboursement
