Très déçue par mon séjour. La chambre était vieille et ne ressemblait en rien aux photos présentées sur le site, de plus, des moumoutes de poussière ce trouve sous les lits. Salle de bain vétuste, mal entretenue, et aucune trace de rouleau de papier toilette : uniquement des petits morceaux en vrac, peu pratiques et franchement pas hygiéniques. Cerise sur le gâteau, une belle tache jaune découverte sur le drap… Pour 160 € la nuit avec le parking, c’est clairement abusé. Le rapport qualité/prix est inexistant et le standing annoncé est loin d’être respecté.

Bonne adresse au centre de Lorient
Bon emplacement au centre ville de Lorient. Hotel propre et calme.

We stayed three nights. The hotel is located in the central part of Lorient yet in a quiet street. It is within walking distance of public transport, shops and restaurants, and also the hotel has its own secured parking available at EUR 10/day. Also fresh and clean drinking water was available at the lobby. The hotel is not large and the front desk is not open all day. We received good information by mail with a code to get into the hotel and it worked out fine. The hotel has no a/c in the rooms and no elevator, which may be a problem if you have much baggage. Our room was spacious and clean and with a good bed and coffee machine. The TV set was good, but only French channels were available, and we missed a news channel in English. The friendly staff at the front desk also took care of breakfast, which was ok without being great. The coffee was very good, but even though we are not late risers some basic items were not available and apparently not being restocked. One morning we had to share the remaining croissant, which I do not find ok. Also we noted that housekeeping was rather uneven.

Hôtel décevant! Nous avons séjourné en couple avec un bébé. Je l avais précisé lors de la réservation en précisant que nous avions ce qu il fallait pour le couchage de notre enfant. En arrivant à l hôtel on nous dit que notre chambre est au 3ème donc dernier étage sans ascenseur! La blague avec un bébé qui est en cosy. De plus notre chambre était la dernière au bout du couloir. A croire qu il ne voulait pas qu on sejourne avec un enfant... Le soir nous remarquons l absence de papier toilettes et le lendemain matin on remarque que la télé ne fonctionne pas. Je pense que notre chambre n a pas été vérifié! Même au B and B nous sommes mieux vus! J en ai fais part à la réception et aucune excuse à part "on va vérifier ça" En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner c est bon mais cher pour ce que c est! Ça ne vaut pas 3 Étoiles!!!
