If you even get an anything on the towels or sheets like human bodily fluids the owner takes pics of them and takes your deposit! I started bringing my own towels he thinks feces or period blood accidental human waste he has a phone full of pics and won’t give you your deposit! Bathroom nasty

Hotel smelled like they tried to mask the pot smell with floral air freshener. The room smelled musty ans like cigarettes. We were offer air freshener. We were told the room hasn't been smoked in in two days! The hotel is smoke free and the employee was smoking at the from door. They also charged the credit card twice after we paid online!

If I could give 0 I would. Worst experience ever!!! Rude staff, horrible hotel… smelled of smoke and **** covered up with air freshener. We were told it was smoke free facility but staff was at door smoking. We were double charged and they will not refund. If you are smart, you will drive less than a mile and get a better hotel at a cheaper price.

This quality inn isn’t the worst place in longview to get a hotel at a fairly lower but reasonable price. The hotel itself is actually not bad at all, however, they do not tell you at ALL about the security/incidentals deposit due at check in - $40.00 on a card, or $100.00 if by cash. That brought my total to $115.99, and heck if I’d wanted to pay that for a hotel I would’ve gone up to the north side of town. Lady up front was nice, but didn’t really seem to know how to get the card reader to work to process the incidentals deposit. Took her 5 tries before she finally got it to pop up on the screen. Will most likely not come back here again unless it’s the only option left. Also, if I get feedback on this, don’t give me the same copy and pasted bull crap you put on the rest of the not so positive reviews. Maybe listen to them and look into the issue instead of “rest assured we’re looking into it” when clearly it looks like it hasn’t been.
