My husband and I came to Longview for Neal McCoy's annual East Texas Angel Network concert and stayed at this hotel. The staff's friendly and room's clean, spacious & comfortable. We ate breakfast at the bistro, which is an extra charge. Food was good, just a little pricey. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Longview area.

We picked this hotel because of the bistro and bar. We figured after a long day it would be great to kick back and relax. When we checked in, we were told that the bistro would be slow because they were short staffed. We try to be understanding so we decided to go down for a drink and not add stress by ordering food. The bar tender was rude and inexperienced. Unprofessional. We stood there for 10 minutes and were just scolded for looking at a drink mix directions book (thinking it was a menu). We just left. The guy at the front desk was nice enough and professional at least. The rooms are nice and clean but if the people around you get up at 4AM, you will too. Toilet flushes can be heard in your room and foot steps above you. Not up to par with most other courtyard hotels.

Comfortable room and especially bed. Friendly service. Good bar. Good bistro for breakfast. Located conveniently in town. Microwave and fridge in rooms. Bathroom is nice. My go-to place when in Longview. Recommended!

The hotel was great. Nice and clean and convenient to a few restaurants. The negative , STAY AWAY from the cafe. I ordered a plain coffee and a yogurt and waited 10 min and nothing. When I inquired on where the coffee was, the “Manager” was combative and dismissive and asked to see my receipt of what I ordered. Mind you I was the last order that “she” took. She then said they were working on it and refused to give me my receipt back. This girl has no business interfacing with customers and needs to work in a federal prison with her attitude. I will not be back to this hotel. The Hilton is across the street.

Great location (behind a Target) and felt very safe. Building seemed very new and extremely clean. For the price, free breakfast would have been nice.

I was really disappointed the pool was closed and they did not offer this information upon checking in. The room was spacious, but the beds were not comfortable and made a lot of noise when you toss during the night. Coffee is NOT free.

The motel did not clean the room or leave clean towels in bathroom. Garbage still in basket and wet towels still on floor in bathroom. Only excise given were they particularly busy.

Excellent Hotel. Very Clean. Comfortable Rooms. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Bathrooms are very nice. Walkin shower is Excellent. Lots of Hot water and pressure. Internet works very good. Parking lot is well lighted at night. Lots of Restaurants and shops close to Hotel. Staff is Excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
