首先，酒店入住房間不經過前台，是從側面上的，也就是任何人都能到入住的樓層；其次，衞生沒法説，臟亂差！馬桶圈都是壞的；再有，房間礦泉水都不提供，衹有個包了漿的熱水壺；燈具壞的很多，還有裸露在外的電線線頭，洗漱台前燈壞了，光線很暗！
