We stayed here for 10 days while dealing with a family estate. It was a tiring and emotionally difficult time. The staff was sweet, kind and attentive to our needs. The blow dryer was not working, they gave me a small one to use and the next day a new one was in place. We left in the am, and the microwave was not heating. A new one was there when we returned. The best part is the staff, all of them. Kind helpful and nice people. We can’t say that in the best four stars. Worth every penny

Room was average at best. Convenient location and staff was courteous. Breakfast was ok. Toilet paper stuffed in the door peep hole and door handle not easy to open.

Avoid if you can! (1) We have no clue how this hotel "earned" a 4 out of 5 overall rating. Someone must be doing some creative accounting. (2) We were on a long road trip and ready to check-in and get to bed quickly. I sleep with the TV on low. But the TV in our room didn't work. The gentleman working the front desk, Jair, could not have been nicer or more apologetic. Kudos to him, the only bright spot of our stay! After a few tries, he eventually brought in a different TV. (3) The shower didn't work!!! The knob that switches from tub faucet to shower head was inoperable, and it appeared it had been that way for some time. (4) Breakfast offerings were poor. Only waffles or biscuits and gravy. No eggs or protein. (5) The entire hotel is drab and dated. The desk looked like it was from the 80's. The matching chair had no padding and no wheels! (6) Definitely NOT worth the $150 + tax for the stay.

We weren’t sure what to expect for the price, but it exceeded our expectations! Very very clean. Friendly helpful staff- they kept the breakfast stocked and helped to clean up a toddler mess with grace. Every time I looked it seemed someone was cleaning. Would highly recommend and if we come back to this city, we will definitely consider coming here again!

This hotel was s built well. There was no noisy neighbors and I slept well. Friendly staff, good firm bed.
I did miss the mini hand lotion and shower cap…just had hair shampoo, cream rinse and soap.

Seems like the water doesn't get hot for long. Other than that, everything was good. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Everything was clean.
