Residence Inn Boulder Longmont

I do not recommend this inn. I booked in for 12 days. My days were full and I would come home very tired. By the third night it became clear that the aircon did not work. I reported the problem to both the front office and the convenor of the event I was attending. The following day, after another very hot, stuffy night, I was told they couldn’t find my reservation. They found it the following day. That night I stuck a book in the door to allow a bit of circulation. The next day I had strained my back opening the very sticky windows. Still no one came. Eventually even the slightly opened windows were not enough. By the 7th day, after nights of poor sleep, I stopped in at the front desk to complain once more. The lady told me they’d put aside a room for me two days before, but since I hadn’t ‘come down’ to speak to them, no one bothered to let me know. Incredibly bad communication and failure to provide reasonable lodging. I do not recommend this inn at all. I will not be staying there again.

Everyone was nice and the staff were real helpful.

Great place

Not worth the money & weak kitchen The kitchen has basically no supplies to cook with. Not having recycling in CO in a hotel is insane. Was incredibly expensive for barely any offerings.

Adequate stay. Room was adequate. Doors did not close properly and toilet did not work properly either. Pool was covered with a film and needed maintenance.laundry room was in need of cleaning. Staff was kind.

Location location location Warning. This hotel is between a busy highway and train tracks. So if you're not listening to trucks, you hear train horns. That plus the thin walls and windows, plus the noisy fridge, plus the noisy kids in the adjacent rooms means there's no peace and quiet for a night's sleep. Glad we only stayed one night.
