來貴州這邊旅行真是長見識了，被旅行公司21:00左右丟棄到龍宮堡機場，一直到21:40人煙稀少，根本打不到車，又帶兩個2歲的小孩，飯也沒吃，實在是過不去，下着雨跟商家多次協商，還掛電話，終於接電話跟老闆溝通，老闆説平台同意就可以退款，最後平台溝通多次退款，説商家不同意退。訂酒店時間已經是19:30左右，老闆説退的時間是18:00以前，由於地方不熟悉，也第一時間溝通，中間間隔時間不長，主動溝通補償事宜，商家也是堅持不肯協商處理，讓我直接聯繫平台，拒絕溝通。

父母帶着孫子去貴陽遊玩，順便到附近龍裏大草原遊玩，在網站預訂了家庭房，3張床，環境很好，房間乾淨衞生，設施完備。
