很喜歡琵巖山温泉酒店，入住前還有專人聯繫怕我們找不到路！貼心的給房間做了升級！温泉有很多水池，聽裏面的工作人員説，琵巖山的温泉是含氟的。最有意思的是辣椒温泉，沒在別的地方看到過算是這的特色吧！總之是一次很好的體驗！

非常好的入住體驗，温泉和水上樂園超出預期的好，非常大，完全不像是一個酒店的配套，更像是一個遊樂園陪了酒店，太值了。

温泉體驗非常好，池子也很多很乾凈，還有活動表演，非常用心。房間也挺大的，榻榻米房間還比較有特色，就是床墊有點薄所以比較硬，整體很不錯的

首先非常感謝接站和送站的兩位師傅，人很熱情很積極陽光，服務沒説的！接下來我要評價的是酒店，我真實體驗，平時出行我基本是不差評或者不評價的，作為東北人，非常理解東北的服務風格，差不多我都表示滿意，問題是這個酒店感覺是一種沒有管理的狀態。先説衞生，榻榻米房間的地毯上頭髮各種碎屑肉眼可見，像是年久沒人收拾的感覺，那些桌面和牀板就不説了，上面浮灰好久不擦了或者平時就那樣就沒人擦。再説服務，要啥都是半天沒反應，送了個被子還不給套被罩説是有客人不喜歡套，那你就問問我們是否需要再送也算是一種誠意吧！更搞笑的是我們離店一天外出遊玩回來就根本就沒收拾衞生，其他就不一一説了，體驗特別差，温泉和酒店就像不是一家開的一樣，前台應該是職業學校實習的學生。説實話，這個地段這樣的服務對不住這個價格，要是在市內連快捷連鎖都不如，白瞎這個山清水秀的風景了。
