It was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep. We didn't wear any clothes and had to cover ourselves with a blanket. The child was too hot to sleep soundly and tossed and turned and fell off the bed, hitting his head with the headboard and getting a big bump! I called the service hotline twice and although a fan was sent over, the root cause of the problem was not fixed. I didn't sleep well that night!"
