環境挺好，衹是季節還沒到夏天，顏色不太好，三餐都在阿媽餐廳吃！手藝不錯！
有廚房，可以簡單做點飯菜，但是沒有餐具

國內國外那麼多次預訂，第一次評論也是第一次差評。帶娃帶長者出行，攜程上宣傳貼了大大的別墅私湯池，到店前一天微信發了注意事項還提示六點半前每棟送一次免費私湯，壓縮前面行程甚至做好了自費在院子裏泡澡的準備。三點多到店前台説房間內水管子壞了沒法泡！溝通中前台一直強調早就壞了，這個房型很長時間沒法泡了，一副**沒錯衹是你不知道的態度。我就納悶了，既然不是突發的，你為什麼不在攜程上做提示，甚至還衹有這個房型的放了帶私湯池子的照片，而且是第一張照片！為什麼管家聯繫時不説明？如果早知道不能獨立泡是肯定不會來的。明顯誤導！後來發現我是真在意，聯繫了老闆態度才假惺惺緩和，但電話裏還是能聽到她和同事説她來了/她不同意的話，越發惱火。溝通説可以退幾百塊錢但要在攜程上撤銷入住。我不要退錢，發出來起碼讓你把該改的改了別人別再上當受騙。其他的淋浴半天沒熱水，浴池沒吹風機，就門口一條小河溝可以湊合玩玩別的什麼娛樂都沒有，還有各種隱形收費，比如別墅明明帶廚房但自己做飯要收費，衹能在他們餐廳用餐，甚至送房間也要加服務費。（但因為提前告訴了，我都會遵守，也覺得能忍）。這種宣傳和服務態度，帶娃寶媽勸退，其他的請自行判斷吧。如果一直沒發泡澡，趕緊把宣傳都改改，別拍個池子騙人了

服務，服務，還是服務，酒店整體硬件符合酒店的定位和標準，就算是一個不起眼的音響都是JBL的，出乎意料，但是服務，給的一顆星是給出去接我們的小姑娘的，剩下的服務基本都可以忽略了，呃，剩下也就沒啥服務了，我們到的時候六點多一點，前台下班了，入住手續就是給了房卡，直接進房間，説前台下班了，這符合酒店和公安系統的規定嗎？之前給我打電話説温泉衹到六點半，後來才知道，前台着急下班，也就能理解預訂完了大中午打電話的服務是有多不注意細節了，我就不理解了去你那不就是為了温泉嗎，我要是去的晚了就沒有了是嗎，後來接我們的小姑娘説給我們延長了温泉放水時間，管理一片混亂，差評，餐廳小貴，東西説得過去，總體體驗不好。差評！

園區環境優美 房間舒適 很適合朋友或家庭出行 體驗好。
酒店會安排員工到停車場拿行李，管家主動幫忙解決住店期間的問題，熱情周到。
餐廳可以提供提訂餐並送餐到房間的服務 很方便。

這個酒店都是平層別墅，自帶小院子，裏面可以泡温泉，温泉水很舒服，就是每次入住僅限一池水。另外，這個酒店沒有中央空調，在沒供暖之前還是有點冷。
