I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

度假村和酒店是分開的，酒店環境好，度假村條件太一般了，都沒有人接待，還得去路對面酒店去辦手續，來回跑了好幾趟，房間裏的馬桶都是堵的，馬桶都是壞的，根本沒法沖，特別臟。體驗感不好。

分為度假村和酒店，都在一個大院裏，不同的樓。早餐農家院標準，有年代感，不過對得起十一的價格。
附近有熱河谷，可以遛遛，去美林谷中途住一晚的。附近的茅荊壩都沒開。

1. 酒店和度假村分開的，這次住的度假村。
2. 度假村便宜，設施總體一般吧
3. 房間隔音是真不行，大多帶孩子來玩的，小孩的吵鬧聲非常清楚。
4. 房間裏的泡池水還可以，就是安全措施需要加強，特別防滑這一方面。

一共訂了兩個房間，但都在2期的小樓裏。一樓是泳池，2、3樓的樓道內就像蒸桑拿！設施更是落後，90年代的馬桶和淋浴🚿忘記拍照了！拍了房間自帶的温泉池，温泉不錯，不過會有飛蟲🪰總之體驗感很差！服務員可以獲得滿分，因為隔音效果差，她每次敲開客人的門都能聽到。好像一直在解決問題。希望這家酒店能有所改進！如果可以，建議不要選這家入住；如果一定要入住，請提前確認好房間所在的位置！千萬不要住二期！不要為了那温泉池子去選二期！不值！真不值！！
