1. Why do the hotels and trip.com not state that the rooms have no windows, only walls? ? ? How to escape when something goes wrong or even a fire alarm? This must be clearly stated on trip.com so that guests will know about it when they book a room!

The hotel room is spacious and clean. Bed is firm but comfortable. The breakfast spread is decent and different the 2 days we stayed.
The reception is helpful and friendly. They helped us booking the bus to Châu Dốc.
