We were there for our cruise and stay one night, the hotel is prefect and new, we recommend to everyone is you need to spend a night before your cruise trip.

This hotel is new and has newer facilities, but the front desk is annoyingly overcharging. Ctrip already collects all the taxes and fees, but they'll charge you again if you're not careful. I was also charged $127 in the early morning. When I asked them, they said it was a system error and would be returned at checkout, but it never was. So, be careful with pre-authorizations and read your bill carefully.

The room was very clean and elegantly decorated. The bathroom amenities were from the famous brand Le Labo. The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel. The swimming pool is also nice. However, the gym door wouldn't close properly, which is a bit of a shame.

Location is on point! This is a brand new hotel so everything is in great condition. The staff is AMAZING!!! They are super friendly, helpful and great attitude. We used the bar at the lobby and the bartenders were amazing as well. Would highly recommend!

Rooms were very nice, food was good, staff was friendly. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Only thing I wish was that there was outside seating or benches out front.

First time staying at Fairmont Breakers Long Beach and this might be my new favorite hotel. Super friendly & welcoming staff. Beautiful & fun ambience, great hotel. Bar on the roof top and walking distance to night life.
