Step inside and discover a well-appointed kitchen with all new appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blender, and slow cooker. The adjacent dining room seats six, and a stylish half bath and full-size laundry room make daily living a breeze. Unwind in the living room, complete with high ceilings, a propane fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV with Netflix. An oversized sliding glass door leads to a covered private deck area complete with barbecue and seating area, perfect for enjoying the surrounding trees and ocean waves. The third bedroom has two full-size bunk beds, a 55" smart TV, and toys for our youngest guests. There is a full bathroom with bathtub upstairs as well. Parking is a breeze with the single-car garage (with EV charging outlet) and private driveway, making it easy to explore the nearby Discovery Trail and its 8.3 miles of raised boardwalk views.
