-If your stay is canceled due to severe weather or if the cabin is not accessible due to heavy snow, we will notify you 24 hours before check-in to reschedule your stay or issue you a refund.
-Fortunately, Long Barn can get a lot of snow in the winter. This is amazing for skiing and snowboarding, but it is in your best interest to have a plan in the event of a storm. The county plows all of the roads, including neighborhood roads when it snows, but they only come around a few times a day. We also pay to have our driveway cleared before your arrival. Be mindful of the road conditions and plan your vehicle choice accordingly. We highly recommend that you carry chains and/or have 4 wheel drive.

Excellent Spot on 108
The cabin was an excellent spot for our family’s overnight. The house warmed up fast, was easy to get to, and the upstairs reading loft was great for evening reading (not for small kids, but our 7 & 11 year olds had no problem with the steep stairs). The host was also super helpful and responsive.

Cute cozy mountain cottage
We had a great stay at Keith‘s place. Keith was so nice, kind and very accommodating. The place is decorated to the T. Just my style. We had a great relaxing time and hope to be back in the future.

Nice but small
The cabin appears to have recently remolded, and well done. The problem is that the loft is difficult to get into. The spiral stairway leads to a narrow opening into the loft. I had to back down the narrow stairs to get out. You can only stand up in the middle of the loft as it used to be an attic with steep roof line. The loft would be ok for preteen children under five feet. The kitchen is also small with no counter space and a small table. This is nice for a couple but too small for four adults. We were planning for four adults but my son rented another cabin because it was so small. Host was very good with response to mistakenly sending me to the wrong cabin and refunded on nights fee.
