We chose our room and got a digital key through our Hilton Honors App the day before arrival -confirmed. We always book the top floor and away from the elevators as we are light sleepers and early to bed people. When we arrived at our previously indicated time of 5:00, we were told sorry, the room hasn’t been cleaned yet , we put you in another room. Yes you guessed it - lower floor and right next to the elevator. Many chatty people in front of the elevator and our door late at night made for a miserable night’s sleep and a tired driver for the 9 hour drive the next day. Why offer the open room chart for pre arrival booking if you can’t assure your patrons of their choice. Needless to say this hotel won’t be our choice the next trip through Denver.

We stayed here one night passing through. We arrived late and the check in person was very nice. The room was clean and beds were comfortable and room seemed bigger than normal. Hotel was quiet and no traffic noises. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and front staff always came through if we needed something. I will say this hotel is more for business than it is a vacation stay. As a Hilton Honors member, I did have to go to the front desk for our travel perk. They did treat us with respect in every interaction. The breakfast is sparse in selection and qty, not a problem for most adults, but if traveling with kids you may have some days where what they put out hasn't cut it. I would stay again if heading back for business, but would probably look elsewhere if I am bringing a family.

The room was spacious and clean. I took my mom for a quick visit to see her brother. We were greeted in the morning to a free buffet-style breakfast. It was really good. Fresh fruit, eggs potatoes cereal , waffles and a lot more! Not a lot to do around there if u don’t hv a car. I would recommend and I would stay there again 😁

I got charged more than what i supposed to pay. I don't understand that. Even the date i put in was moved to the 6th, it was supposed to be the 5th. And it took a toll on my bank account. That's to much for me.. now i want part of the money back. Any questions let me know please. Thanks

It is a nice property in a nice area the major downside to this particular room if you are on the north or east side of the building by the freeway, it is incredibly noisy all the time.
