The room was spacious, but the bed was not cleaned! The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, opposite the station, and walking distance to the cathedral!

Amazing bed, comfiest I've ever slept in! Black out curtains too for the most amazing sleep. Reception kindly saw my mobility impairment and changed my room to an accessible one. Room included some water, espresso pods and shortbread, and dressing gowns and slippers. Gorgeous view.

Excellent location next to Towerhill underground station. A short walk to the Tower of London and surrounding attractions. The buffet breakdast is really good in terms of choices and quality of food. The gym is well-equipped, and the indoor swimming is big. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy those facilities. We like the room's windows that can be opened. We let in fresh cold air at night and were able to sleep really well.

The 24-hour front desk is very welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, the electric heater is very useful, you can freely control the temperature according to your body feeling, the shower has plenty of hot water, the apartment is in a good location, not far from the subway station. It would be perfect if there was a kitchen knife. Also, if you have trouble sleeping, choose this hotel carefully, the noise is obvious when the subway passes, and you can even feel the vibration.

As a solo traveler, this hotel had everything I needed. It was in a great location (attractions and underground very close). The staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was really good! I appreciated the Buffett style and there was as a great variety no matter the appetite you had. I would stay there again!

It exceeded my expectations. I didn't really like staying in B&Bs, but this is the only one I want to stay in for a few more days. One bedroom was so small that the door couldn't be opened even with a double bed in it. There were surprisingly few sockets in the bedroom, so there was a problem with charging mobile phones. However, it is a bit troublesome to drag your suitcase to find it when the taxi cannot reach the door. Five stars can't keep up, but four stars are about the same. Of course it is not suitable for those who are not good at English. The location of the hotel is also convenient. It is suitable for people who are familiar with the area. All major attractions are within walking distance.

The English breakfast is good. Hotel facilities are average and cannot compare those of Indigo in China. It is like a 3.5-star hotel. The price is really high. Transportation is very convenient. It's very close to the Tower of London and the London Bridge.
