Me and my partner had a great time! Excellent service from the start of our stay and finish. We arrived 1 hour early and asked the reception staff if we could leave our bags, the service was amazing, they don’t only checked us in early, but also upgraded us to the executive suit. The housekeeping staff was very friendly in the morning and the breakfast team was also superb! Every one single staff was brilliant!

We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

very good. The location is very good, close to the subway station, the room is small and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit simple and costs £25 for a separate fee. Bottled water is delivered daily and there is a bar downstairs. Overall still very good 乛

I stayed at 100 Queen's Gate for 1 night in early September. We got a decent price for the night and the rooms were clean, facilities seemed good, not that we used them, and we had no complaints about the extensive breakfast offering. However, there were issues with the systems at check-in which meant it took 20-30 minutes to get my key. I also have status with Hilton and requested a room upgrade, however was told they could only upgrade one level due to availability. When I went up to my room I checked online and could see almost every room type available which meant I should have got a better upgrade (I know this isn't exactly a major issue, but the principle matters of being lied to). There was also no iron or ironing board in the room. I therefore went down to reception and was told I would receive a phone call regarding the room upgrade as they were busy at that moment, and that the iron and ironing board would be brought to the room. Neither of these things happened. The following morning I contacted reception again for the iron/ironing board and they said it would be sorted. Guess what? It didn't show up. I raised the concerns on checkout with my stay and was told the guest relations manager would contact me. This also didn't happen. I know these are relatively minor issues, however they should and could have been easily sorted. What frustrates me further, is that I have raised these issues with Hilton twice through different feedback channels. They have passed them onto the hotel to respond to me directly. However the hotel has not replied on either occasions and it just gives the impression that this hotel did not care when I was there, nor do they care now.

We were struggling to work out our evening. We stopped at the St Germaine branded bar on Bishopsgate. We were greeted by Elpee. From the outset they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. They let us choose our seat, and set us up for what we expected to be a brief libation. My disabled partner and I were really impressed with Elpees attentiveness and quality of service. Being in London and disabled it can be a hard to navigate and aggressive environment. Our stop refreshed us, and made a it an exciting stop in our brief to the city.

This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was. The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast. The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water. The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing! The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me. There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile. The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer. The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show. A must stay for anyone in the area.

This hotel was overall a good experience. Considering the price tag some things were not as good as expected though: - The location. Although it is very central located Leicester Square does have a share of homeless people walking around and heavy ambiance in the late night. Nevertheless considering connections is as perfect as it can be in central London. - The rooms are a little small but nicely appointed. - The bathroom has a weird design with a small bathtub. Really liked the toto toilet. - Too much light in the room in the night. The curtains don't close completely and are a lot of mirrors reflecting the light troughout the room. - The hotel is big with several common areas and at reception there is no clear explanation... for instance I didn't understand if the courtyard was open or not. Nevertheless the gym, pool and spa were very straightforward and well appointed. - I think it is not acceptable the in room open ear cleaners (cotonete) for hygienic reasons. - Lights over the bed too strong. - Room cleaning could be better. The highlights of the stay: - The central location besides the inherent problems. - Lively but yet organized and not loud entrance lobby and bar. - The complimentary soft drinks and snacks at the secondary lobby. - Miller Harris bath products overall very good except the body lotion which the smell was harsh and totally off. - Gym and pool. - Overall very quiet room and halls. So would I return there? Honestly only if I really need to stay at Leicester Square. For me it was good but not amazing stay, with an overall feeling of pretensious mood and too expensive for what it was. If you want a really luxurious expericence I would recommend to search elsewhere but at a discount this would be a nice stay. For the amount of hotels in central London this one just didn't excited me enough.. I would prefer to return to Pan Pacific for instance.

Lovely overnight getaway. Fantastic room - Executive Lounge Room 614 - with a great view of Crossrail. Only downside on that was that you heard the DLR starting at about 7am on the Sunday morning. The receptionist, Sandra, was really friendly and helpful and staffing the bar in the evening were likewise very good. The executive lounge on the 7th floor had a good selection of soft drinks, but we weren’t around to try the hot appetisers or free wine & beer in the evening as we already had dinner plans in the West End. Transportation wise, it’s a 2 min walk to the DLR, less then 5 to the new Elizabeth Line and only a few more to the Jubilee Line - perfectly positioned! Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from as well. Breakfast was fantastic, particularly loved the donut wall! Quite a novelty! The cooked breakfast was delicious, with omelettes made to order - more food than you could handle! Will definitely look to stay again in the future.

The Lalit hotel was perfectly located for my visit to the Bridge Theatre-just a 3 minute level walk away. There is a walkway leading on to Tower Bridge with many restaurants and bars right next to the hotel. It is a beautiful period building , a former grammar school, which has been thoughtfully renovated keeping both its old school features and incorporating some stunning Indian architectural details. The dining room is particularly stunning, as is the Indian hot breakfast option that I enjoyed there. I stayed in a cosy classroom double room.It is one of the smallest rooms but perfectly sufficient for my needs as a solo traveller. There were nice additional touches in the room such as a bathrobe, complimentary soft drinks and crisps and biscuits plus a nespresso coffee machine. There was also a Japanese style bidet toilet and lots of complimentary toiletries. All of these items contributed to a really luxury stay and a feeling of being pampered as a guest of the Lalit. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. My bed and bedding were very comfortable and of a high quality with luxurious pillows offering a choice of firmness-a nice touch. Considering the hotels location, right near Tower Bridge in a busy area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful with no noise from outside and I slept really well. I would definitely recommend the Lalit hotel. It was luxurious while being good value and perfectly located. I look forward to returning!

As we arrived staff greeted us, and were very helpful. Check in was easy. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, coffee machine and everything we needed, including soft robes. Pool was nice a little cold but the hot tub was very warm so very much enjoyed. Again all areas were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, some bits were alittle cold, but the chef cooked me poached eggs to perfection, and was a good range of cereals, pastries. All in all a very good stay and hope to go back Thank you Montcalm East 🙂
