Excellent service with excellent views. Very convenient location. This is my first time to stay in London for business trip and travel during the christmas time. I truly appreciated all the support from this hotel especially I would like to thank you for customer service manger (Mr. Ayush Mehta) for his excellent care and support to us. We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

very good. The location is very good, close to the subway station, the room is small and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit simple and costs £25 for a separate fee. Bottled water is delivered daily and there is a bar downstairs. Overall still very good 乛

Location: In South Kensington, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, V&A, and Harrods are all about one kilometer away. Hotel: A typical British hotel, the hotel is clean, the rooms are exquisite, and the service is excellent. You can choose to order breakfast for 20 pounds per person, or go to the famous Pual restaurant nearby for a cup of coffee + freshly baked croissants.

The hotel is located in the financial center of London, with convenient transportation and complete facilities. It is within 45 minutes' walk from various London attractions, which is very suitable for citywalk. The hotel has complete facilities and warm service. It is suitable for business and tourism travel.

This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was. The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast. The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water. The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing! The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me. There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile. The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer. The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show. A must stay for anyone in the area.

Absolutely fantastic location! Will definitely stay here again if just for the heated toilet seat…what a great hotel. Rooms very comfortable and the staff can’t do enough for you. The doormen and concierge are super helpful. We didn’t get to try any of the restaurants but we will be returning so we will try then.

My mother and I stayed in the Curve Suite, and the experience was exceptional. The service and facilities in the room were incredible—everything was spotlessly clean, and any issues or needs were addressed within minutes. The room itself was spacious with stunning views, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The Executive Lounge was also outstanding, offering breathtaking views and a fantastic selection of snacks and drinks, which were constantly replenished by the attentive staff. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be that the lounge could be a bit larger to accommodate everyone more comfortably, as there was occasionally a slight wait during peak hours to find a seat. However, this minor detail did not detract from the overall exceptional experience. I would especially highlight the service at the Buffet and the Front Desk; both were highly responsive, attentive, and hospitable. A special thanks to Fanny, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for making our celebration so special and enjoyable with her outstanding support and care.

The Lalit hotel was perfectly located for my visit to the Bridge Theatre-just a 3 minute level walk away. There is a walkway leading on to Tower Bridge with many restaurants and bars right next to the hotel. It is a beautiful period building , a former grammar school, which has been thoughtfully renovated keeping both its old school features and incorporating some stunning Indian architectural details. The dining room is particularly stunning, as is the Indian hot breakfast option that I enjoyed there. I stayed in a cosy classroom double room.It is one of the smallest rooms but perfectly sufficient for my needs as a solo traveller. There were nice additional touches in the room such as a bathrobe, complimentary soft drinks and crisps and biscuits plus a nespresso coffee machine. There was also a Japanese style bidet toilet and lots of complimentary toiletries. All of these items contributed to a really luxury stay and a feeling of being pampered as a guest of the Lalit. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. My bed and bedding were very comfortable and of a high quality with luxurious pillows offering a choice of firmness-a nice touch. Considering the hotels location, right near Tower Bridge in a busy area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful with no noise from outside and I slept really well. I would definitely recommend the Lalit hotel. It was luxurious while being good value and perfectly located. I look forward to returning!

As we arrived staff greeted us, and were very helpful. Check in was easy. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, coffee machine and everything we needed, including soft robes. Pool was nice a little cold but the hot tub was very warm so very much enjoyed. Again all areas were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, some bits were alittle cold, but the chef cooked me poached eggs to perfection, and was a good range of cereals, pastries. All in all a very good stay and hope to go back Thank you Montcalm East 🙂
